In addition to growing and locally sourcing a wide range of vegetables, we process and package in various different ways.
Baby onions/Shallots: are prepared whole in 270g trays ready to use for casseroles or roasting.
Potatoes: are bagged up ready washed in either a 1kg, 2kg, or 5kg plastic bag or in a 10kg sack. Any variety of potato can be prepared like this. We also provide a 10kg and 15kg box of Baking potatoes. Please note that we can prepare and package to any specification if you require weights different from the above.
Mixed Veg (carrot/red onion/parsnip/red & green pepper): peeled and chopped and packaged in 400g foil trays, ready to roast.

Whole peeled Garlic Cloves: This is a unique preparation of whole garlic cloves, peeled and ready to use. They contain no preservatives, and as the label suggests, you get garlic and nothing else. We package them in plastic tubs in either a 275g, 500g or 1.5kg pack. They have a shelf life of approximately 3 months and should be stored in the fridge. Garlic Puree: Using our home grown garlic we can puree it in various sizes for example a 1kg tub.
We do offer various forms of puree, i.e. 100% fresh garlic, fresh garlic mixed with powdered garlic and a powdered/dried garlic puree. Chopped Garlic: Try our freshly chopped Lincolnshire garlic preserved in citric acid to ensure a longer shelf life, available in various sizes. Steam Pouches: Any vegetable, for example cauliflower, calabrese, carrots, and brussel sprouts are washed and cut into florets or chunks and inserted in a special formulated sealed pouch that can be microwaved for only 3 minutes. They are designed to hold a set portion of vegetables for either 2 or 4 people.
The pouches contain either a single vegetable or can be mixed to your specification. The vegetables are steamed and the pouch is designed so that the vegetables if mixed, cook at all the same rate. The benefit of these pouches other than portion control and the ease of use is that by steaming them they hold all their nutrients, colour and texture and do not take up water as when boiled.
