LOCALLY SOURCED PRODUCE
Key’s of Lincolnshire can provide you with any Vegetables you may require and in any quantity or preparation.
For example, cauliflower, cabbage, calabrese, courgettes and French beans can all be sourced from our trusted local farming partners and you can be assured of continuous good quality produce. Brussel sprouts are grown here on our farm and can be graded, packaged and prepared in any format you may require. We do recommend though that customers buy them on the stalk as this ensures they stay fresh for longer hence keeping their flavour and optimising their nutritional benefits.
Carrots, parsnips, swede, and turnip can also be provided and will be sourced locally where possible but when out of season in the UK they can be imported to ensure continuous supply.
BABY VEGETABLES
Key’s of Lincolnshire also specialise in providing a select range of “baby vegetables”. These are of particular interest to the premium sectors of the industry, for example suppliers of the fine dining restaurants and hotels. Examples of the baby vegetables we supply are onion, cauliflower, parsnip, carrots, calabrese and beetroot.
