GARLIC
Key’s of Lincolnshire are the only commercial grower of Garlic in Mainland England and we operate a large scale production. As well as the traditional garlic we also grow Green Garlic. Its culinary use is widespread, allowing either a mellow or intense flavour depending on the form of cooking.

Like all our produce we peel and prepare our garlic in many different ways and have revolutionised the restaurant trade with our unique whole peeled garlic cloves. This allows chefs the flexibility of adding garlic in any form they choose without the hassle and time spent peeling, and the risk of garlic smell on their hands contaminating other dishes or flavours.


GREEN GARLIC
Green garlic is far milder than ordinary garlic and benefits from all the same medicinal properties as its close relatives. It is very fresh and therefore does not require processing so is extremely easy to prepare.

One bulb is one portion so excellent for individual portion control. Its freshness is determined by its stalk rigidity and it can be stored for a minimum of 2 weeks after purchasing. When cooked it retains its moisture and flavours and is delicious served with roast lamb or chicken.
